Terms of Service

The service

Formdam captures HTML form submissions from sites you own, stores them, and forwards them to recipients you configure. We expose a dashboard for managing forms, recipients, and submissions, and a public submission endpoint for each form.

Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including any team members you grant access to.
• One person per account. Don't share credentials.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live (typically 13+ or 16+ in some regions).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Collect submissions from sites you don't own or aren't authorized to operate.
• Use the service to harvest personal data without a lawful basis, or to send unsolicited bulk email.
• Submit content that is illegal, infringes a third party's rights, or is intended to defraud.
• Probe, scan, or test the integrity of the service except as we explicitly permit.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Locked accounts stop receiving submissions until the issue is resolved.

Plans & billing

• Free, Professional, and Business plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Plan limits (submissions per month, history retention, team size, etc.) are listed on the pricing page and apply per billing period.
• You can change or cancel your plan any time from the account menu. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate partial months.
• If a payment fails we'll retry per Stripe's standard schedule. Repeated failure may downgrade the account to Free.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month if you decide the service isn't a fit — email theformdam@gmail.com.

Your content

You retain ownership of every submission posted to your forms. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content only as needed to run the service.

Team access

Business-plan owners can grant team members read-only access to their projects, forms, recipients, and submissions. Owners remain responsible for what their team members see and do.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure. Submissions are stored durably; planned maintenance is announced in the product when feasible.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Formdam is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, submissions and account data are removed; backups age out within 30 days.

Changes

If we materially change these terms we'll bump the date above and notify active accounts. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
